Guest guest
Hi Stephannie, You can always use a little help from your friends. I use a soymilk maker machine to make milk products, yogurt and pudding from various types of beans and grains. And I use a grain mill for making bean and grain flours -- that can be used with a blender, or immersion blender, to make legume based broth, gravy and mixed with tomatoes for pasta sauce. A strong blender (like a vitamix or Bosch) can also chip larger dry beans into bean flakes for tacos or sloppy joes, or use lentils. I didn't mention chili, or whole grain breads or half-a-dozen other dishes. But you get the idea. Take care, Slim , stephannie brown <stephanniewilson wrote: > > Wow unbelievable i guess you would blend/whip the beans to the texture you want them.wow > > > Family Research: Ross;Wilson;McQueen;Randolph;Cobbin (all-sp); Pitt > > > > > > ________________________________ > slim_langer <slim_langer > > Friday, January 30, 2009 12:37:32 PM > Re: Help my first vegetarian meal. > > > Beans? > Believe it or not you can use them to make: > > Milk for drinking, cereal and yogurt. > Veggie broth for soups > Pea-bean gravy and pasta sauce > Filler for tacos, burritos, sloppy-joe sandwiches > Main course e.g. Black beans, Red beans ... with rice > Pudding base for sweet and non-fat desserts > > Plus they will add jet-propulsion to your life! > > , " sistajme " > <stephanniewilson@ ...> wrote: > > > > I have beans a whole lot of them kidney, navy, black eye.etc..what can > > i cook with them. > > >
