Guest guest
Welcome to the group, Lauren! I don't know if this will help or not, but... I lost a little too much weight in my last year of college because I was too busy and too stressed to eat. One of the things my doctor suggested was switching to whole milk, which helped me to gain back some healthy weight, so I had some energy to exercise and build up muscle mass. I've been at a healthy weight (or maybe 10 pounds over!) since. I did have to switch back to skim, after acquiring a taste for whole milk! If you eat dairy, some organic whole milk might be a good way to get some not-so-bad-for-you-fat into your body. So are good free-range eggs, if you eat eggs. Of course, both of these things in moderation. Every time I read emails from this group, I get hungry... I'm sure you will, too! Audrey S. Guest guest
Thanks Audry, Humm stress that is probably the reason for the lack of appetite. I am planning on going back to the gym tomorrow. I know that working out will make me hungry, especially the cardio. I can't wait to feel a runners high. Thanks again for the tips, I am lactose intolerant. I am going to purchase some soy milk.
