Guest guest Posted May 18, 2009 Report Share Posted May 18, 2009 Tortellini Pesto Salad 1 cup mayonnaise 2 cups tortellini, cooked 1/4 cup parmesan cheese 1 cup julienne zucchini 1/4 cup chopped parsley 1 cup julienne carrots 2 minced garlic cloves 1 cup cherry tomato halves 1 1/2 teaspoons crushed basil leaves 1/2 cup chopped walnuts 2 tablespoons milk Combine first six ingredients.
