Grilled Shitake Salad

That sounds really good. I wonder if it would taste the same using the

broiler instead of an outdoor grill? (It's a big hassle for me to grill

outdoors)

You can always roast in the oven on a cookie sheet or the broiler. Do grill on

a Foreman grill too.

If you have a heavy iron skillet you can use the stove top.
