the sugar in Noah's Pudding

It sounds like a lot to me, too, but it's correct. I checked the

recipe. That's what it says. You also have to remember that this makes a lot

of pudding, 30 servings!

Personally, I was considering trying to make it with half Spenda and

half honey instead of the sugar, but I can't be sure if it will work.

The version I tried was with all the sugar and, to be honest, it

didn't taste nearly so sweet as you might assume from the recipe. It was

clearly a dessert, but it was only lightly sweet, very pleasing.

I guess it's because the recipe makes such a huge batch! Part of

the tradition is that this pudding be shared, so there's no such thing as a

small recipe for it. LOL
