I like it and my body does feel better. I do have a problem with getting enough protein in my diet and any suggestions for that would be greatly appreciated (I can't eat peanuts or peanut butter anymore. I used to be able to, and that was some protein for me, but I am no longer able to eat it.) Most of the recipes I cook are all from my head. I make them up. Sometimes all I have to do is look at a food and something great comes to mind. The other night I made this and it was fantastic. 1 package frozen green giant Baby Lima Beans in sauce 1 can Hunt's diced tomato's (pick your spice) [do not drain] 1 tsp of sugar to cut the acid of the tomato's (optional) Steamed brown rice (I used my steamer) Heat tomato's in saucepan for a few minutes, add lima beans. Heat through. Pour over a serving of rice. Thanks for allowing me to be a part of this group.
