I think we have quite varied views on raw food here. Personally, I am trying to

eat more raw food. Because I am allergic to gluten and dairy and have

sensitivities to a lot of preservatives and such, raw food makes sense for me.

I think that if you are a person that lives to eat, then you wouldn't be happy

on a raw food diet because you may live for the taste of sweets or certain

favorite foods. However, if you eat to live, then you may do very well on raw

food. Personally, I don't miss the junk that I gave up. Once you give it up

for awhile, then you don't crave it. I have no desire to eat bread, ice cream,

cheese, etc.
