The coconut milk will not curdle if you add lemon or lime juice. I make a very

similar dish without the yogurt. I add lime juice or lemon since it i a Thai

curry, If it is an indian type curry, perhaps tamarind can provide the tartness,

or amchor, powdered dried green mango.
