Am 85+% vegan, but do make homemade yogurt and do have free range chickens as pets and for their eggs. Could use some help on a recipe that I would like to alter so they could be enjoyed by my vegan friends. One is a curry on rice I make, with potatoes, cauliflower, a hard squash like butternut or acorn, yellow onions, and peas, with coconut milk and yogurt and my curry spice mix.
