My name is Rolandas, I'm 27 year old guy from Vilnius (Lithuania).

Currently I'm finishing my one year experience of being a teacher in a

secondary school.

And as for preparing vegetarian food, there's not much to say from my

side, because I don't know much about it. I try to eat less meat and

more fruits and vegetables, but I'm only starting to learn how to cook

and I expect to learn a little bit more from this group.
