Basamati Rice Rinse the dry rice for a minute or so under running water. Add to the water and salt. Cook 15 minutes uncovered. Remove from heat and fluff. 1 lg. onion diced 2 Tbsp. oil Saute until tender 1 13 oz. can of Worthington Fri-Chik - http://tinyurl.com/fw3lk 1/2 c. Sour Cream 1 Tbsp Veganaise or Mayo 1/4 c. Blue Cheese Salad Dressing (optional) 1 c. Cheddar Cheese, shredded 1/2 of large can of Mushroom Soup 1/2 tsp. Salt 1/2 tsp Celery Salt Drain the Fri-Chik and dice. I freeze the broth to use later for soups or gravy. Mix all the ingredients together and pour into a sprayed 9 x 13 Casserole Dish and bake at 425 degrees F. for 30 minutes or toasted on top and heated thru.
