Most of the time they ladle the same broth into a stir fry, egg flower soup as

well as a vegetable fried rice, it's chicken broth. You assume you are having a

vegetarian meal and they will call it vegetarian since there is no visible meat.

The brown sauce on broccoli and tofu is usally made with a beef broth. They

also use sauces containing fish. They also chop vegetables on the same cutting

board shared with chicken and meat.

I'm very good at making my own

Asian food. There are good vegetarian Chinese, Thai and Japanese cookbooks out

there and we have a huge folder of recipes to use.

I don't like to eat out, I cook from scratch and this way I know what's in the

pot.
