I went expecting to come home and have dinner since everything was pre-ordered by our office manager. I was so surprised that she remembered I am vegetarian (I work from home, but have worked for the company in the office for several years.) The wait staff brought me stuffed mushrooms minus the bacon that everyone had in their stuffed mushrooms and then had a special dish for my dinner. It looked so good that some of the other employees said mine looked better than theirs! I had angel hair pasta with tons of roasted vegetables with parmesan cheese on top. It was fabulous! There was so much of it that I will probably have it for lunch again tomorrow. I just had to share how happy I am that I could eat at the party and could eat great food.
