See if you can find a casserole dish that is divided.  I have a few, this has

always made it easy to cook a casserole, etc. for the meat eaters on one side

and vegetarians on the other.  I have used it many times over the years.  Now

the whole family is vegetarian except for a nephew living out of state.

Here is a picture of a divided casserole, you can find large ones and deep ones

too.

Welcome to the group. When I first became vegetarian my husband was

not either, he just recently decided to slowly make the change. What

is your husband open to trying? Is he willing to eat a vegetarian

dinner with you every now and then? Many of us come from or live in a

mixed home like yours.

Mindy

The casserole dish Donna describes can usually be found cheaply at

Goodwill. I don't know why, but there always seems to be at least one

for sale at any of the 3 Goodwills I scour for books.
