Guest guest
My Name is Cassandra, I joined about a week ago. I am currently in school for summer sessions so I haven't had time to post. I was always grossed out by meat and dairy, etc as a child, so I always used to say that when becaoming vegan was easier I would do it. Well... that has not happened. (smile) It has become easier but I never became vegan. So anyhow, I have been blessed with a three children alergic to eggs, and peanuts, and one of the three is allergic to all meats, wheat, oats and milk as well. So I give my son the regular foods but I want to eat vegetarian meals that he could also have. The other thing is that I am anxious to learn what to give my children for lunch. So I joined this group, to help eat with my son the foods that I know he will enjoy. The other thing is, that I want a better, healthier, less toxic breakfast choice for myself. I have been reading emails, and I have one question. Someone posted a recipie for a smoothie they drink in the Am that includes spinach, I can't find it for the life of me, could you email it to me or tell me the name of the email. I am dying to try it. Thank you for allowing me to join you, I look forward to learning and changing the way I eat and feed my family.
