SALSA METHOD 2 tomatoes blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 30 secs.. immed. place in cold 2 canned or fresh tomatillos water and remove skins - chop = 1 cup. drain for 5 mins. and chop 1 sm red onion - diced tomatillos then refrigerate for 2 days before adding the remaining 1 jalapeno/ 1 garlic clove - both finely chopped ingred. drain off part of the liquid before using. store in an airtight 2 tbsp oj/ & olive oil jar and keep refrigerated. serve with que pasa organic tortilla chips. pinch salt/pepper hope that you try this simple recipe... enjoy!!
