I haven't felt better! i am the mother of a 8 yr old autistic son, and a very busy 9 month old! I have been thinking about trying the meatless thing out for some time and finally took the plunge in early July. I look forward to learning lots from you folk and hope that someday soon, I too will become a pro and can share lots of advice!
