1/2 c Frozen Blueberries

1/2 c Acai-Blueberry Juice

1/4 c Soft Silken Tofu

1/4 c Plain Soy Milk

1 t Lemon Juice

 

[Note: This is delicious. KO] Taken from Cuisine at Home Feb 09

 

Process banana, blueberries, juice, tofu, soy milk, and lemon juice in

blender until smooth.

 

Per 1 1/2 cups 219 calories, 3 g total fat (0g sat), 0mg chol, 43g

carb, 46 mg sodium, 4g fiber, 7g protein
