Guest guest
I make this and also serve the bottled regular ranch and this one is gone in minutes and everyone asked where they can get this one and who's brand is it......LOL From my Native Foods cookbook. Donn " Native Foods Ranch Dressing " 1 cup Vegan mayonnaise 1/2 tsp. garlic powder 1/2 tsp. onion powder 1/4 tsp. black pepper 2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley 1/2 to 1 cup unsweetened soy milk (you can adjust the thickness) Place all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to blend. Chill until ready to use. This is wonderful on salads, as a dip for veggies or chips, over rice, etc. We gotta stop smokin', stop, stop. I mean cigarette smoking. - Jimi Hendrix, Midnight Lightning
Guest guest
Thanks Donna! I like making dishes for people to try, without telling them much about what's in it. My family usually asks, but they're getting better at " just giving it a try " when I ask them to indulge me! Mixed up black bean burgers tonight, letting them chill over night. I also am trying tempeh marinating in BBQ sauce and diced onions then baking for 30 mins.
