Not complicated!

I use whole wheat bread, enough 1/2 " thick sliced tomatoes (homegrown are

best) to cover one piece of bread, four strips of Morningstar Farms bacon

(cooked crisp in the microwave), lettuce (romaine is nice and crunchy) and

mayo. You can also toast your bread first, that's always good.

Personally, I like crunchy peanut butter on one slice of bread, mayo on the

other, though I've been told that's weird. I don't care! It's good -- the

peanut butter kind of melts when it's next to the hot fake bacon... mmm....!

You can also do it without peanut butter. :)

My favorite fake BLT is toast, Miracle Whip or Mayo, lettuce, tomato, salt and

pepper to taste, topped with a generous amount of TVP bacon bits (grocery store

in the salad dressing aisle, usually, or can order online in bulk).

My newest bad for me salad dressing is called Baconaise, or mayo that tastes

like bacon. It contains NO meat, meat fat, or other meat stuff and isn't half

bad, especially on a BLT.

Oh, my goodness, this is my all time favorite sandwich; I have it several times

a week for lunch!

My method is

toasted whole wheat bread, Vegenaise, fresh spinach, sliced tomatoe, avacado

slice and a Bread and Butter stacker (thin sliced) pickle.

Yummy

You could have Jeanne's version, with bacon bits. Betty Crocker Bac-Os do

not contain gluten. In the Not-Meat folder, there is Better than Bacon:

I have not tried either. Hope they're good!

I use whole wheat bread, mayo, garlic powder, basil, salt, pepper (all to

taste), lettuce, and bacon bits. Will now try Morningstar farms fake bacon.

Can't wait.
