I just got some almond butter, which is a nice change from peanut butter.

The texture is runnier than peanut butter, and a little grainy, but not as

sticky. Definitely more expensive than peanut butter, but it is a good

source of calcium (and it's good with honey!)

I love that almond butter too, but try some cashew butter. It is delicious.

Heath food stores carry it. The brand I usually find and buy, is the Once Again

brand.

Love it on a Cinnamon Raisen bagel.. So good.

Their tahini is also easier to keep mixed up and doesn't get hard.

Cashew butter is yummy too. I'm not wild about the soy butter (Wal Mart carries

it). To be honest, I really didn't like it.

Peanut butter's still my favorite.

I use it in a smoothie (frozen banana, almond/rice/soy etc milk, ice cubes, flax

or borage oil or flax seed, rice protein powder). Sounds good on a cinn/raisin

bagel and I'm definitely trying cashew butter next time.
