Guest guest
I just got some almond butter, which is a nice change from peanut butter. The texture is runnier than peanut butter, and a little grainy, but not as sticky. Definitely more expensive than peanut butter, but it is a good source of calcium (and it's good with honey!) Guest guest
I love that almond butter too, but try some cashew butter. It is delicious. Heath food stores carry it. The brand I usually find and buy, is the Once Again brand. http://shop.onceagainnutbutter.com/main.sc;jsessionid=AFC41E4CD07CA71B16CAB1AB2B\ 8C9EE0.qscstrfrnt04 Love it on a Cinnamon Raisen bagel.. So good. Their tahini is also easier to keep mixed up and doesn't get hard. - Audrey Snyder Friday, June 26, 2009 5:13 PM nut butters I just got some almond butter, which is a nice change from peanut butter. Guest guest
Cashew butter is yummy too. I'm not wild about the soy butter (Wal Mart carries it). To be honest, I really didn't like it. Peanut butter's still my favorite. Jeanne in GA
Guest guest
I use it in a smoothie (frozen banana, almond/rice/soy etc milk, ice cubes, flax or borage oil or flax seed, rice protein powder). Sounds good on a cinn/raisin bagel and I'm definitely trying cashew butter next time. Jann " wwjd " <jtwigg wrote: > I love that almond butter too, but try some cashew butter. It is delicious.
