Guest guest Posted January 13, 2009 Report Share Posted January 13, 2009 Hearty Hazelnut Oatmeal Pancakes 2 cups buttermilk 1 1/2 cups quick oats 2 eggs 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 1 tablespoon sugar 1 teaspoon baking soda 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 cup chopped toasted hazelnuts 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional) Mix buttermilk and oats in large bowl. Whisk in eggs. Add flour, sugar, baking soda and salt. Stir in hazelnuts. Drop batter by 1/4 cupfuls on heated oiled griddle. Cook about two minutes on each side.
