Guest guest
Sometimes a bird will fly into the garage when the door is opened and it usually takes forever for the two of us to scoot the bird back outside. Last month a sparrow flew into the garage and we weren't able to get it out. After all, we have several cats who live in the garage and the cat house off of the garage. I went out to the garage today to put out fresh water and catfood for the cats there and noticed something out of the corner of my eye while getting the laundry started. Yep, it was the sparrow, still alive and not turned into cat chow. Cressida (cat) and Darth Kitty (cat) were munching up their breakfast and the sparrow (now called Captain Jack Sparrow) landed on the cat water dish and started drinking, then hopped down to peck at the cat food. The cats completely ignored the bird. Thought you all would like hearing about our newest addition to the cattery. Jeanne in GA
Guest guest
That is so sweet! I am reading a book about the Best Friends Animal Sanctuary in Utah and it is full of stories like that. Sounds like you're the type of person who'd enjoy the book, you should give it a try! -jacki in FL , Jeanne B <treazured wrote: > > Sometimes a bird will fly into the garage when the door is opened and it usually takes forever for the two of us to scoot the bird back outside.
