Hi all,

I've been flirting with vegetarianism for years with no success since I've never

really liked vegetables all that well. Then I finally figured out my mother

always cooked all veggies into mush and my lifelong loathing of veggies goes

back to that tasteless green goop on my plate in my childhood. She said that's

how her mother always cooked veggies, too.

Now I'm learning how to really cook veggies I'm enjoying them more and am again

considering trying to become vegetarian. It might take a while but I'm

trying... I'm trying...

I have no truly vegetarian recipes of my own yet so I'm stealing one from the

latest edition of Vegetarian Times. How about a Valentine treat?
