I had a chance to buy and try this new tofu by Nasoya (?). It is so yummy! It

doesn't come in a block like other tofu. When you open the package it is like

choclate pudding! I tried one of the recipes on the back for the chocolate silk

pie. You mix the tofu with cornstach and bake in a graham cracker shell. It is

so good! My husband is loving it as well!

I might have to try a second package and try it with mint and freeze it!

Has anyone else tried this yet? WHat did you make with it?

We have tried the strawberry. I just stirred it so it was blended and my

youngest daughter ate it like yogurt. She can't have dairy and always feels left

out when the other kids have yogurt because our grocer does not sell any soy

other than small cartons of milk. I was pretty excited to see this though I

expect they will not carry ot for long. I really can only justify buying so much

of it and they want me to buy special things like this by the case if they quit

carrying it.

I have an unopened chocolate also but I don't know if it is still good. We've

had it about two weeks now so I will probably toss it and buy a couple to

freeze. I hope they freeze good. I would love to try some of the desserts on the

package.
