Guest guest
I agree with you. The price of Chantix is worth it if it works for you, cigarettes aren't inexpensive and look what a smoker spends in a year on them. I do know 2 people who have tried this med. and it didn't work but then again they were both told they had to quit by their doctors. I think you have to want to quit or nothing is going to work, there is no magic kicking this habit Donna. The seed is in bloom, will it meet an early doom or survive in a tranquil sea? Does it face an early end, will it find a real friend, should it be called humanity? Will creation of man bring death by his hand or will life be his destiny? BAH! You want to know what worked and what is still working after all this time? CHANTIX. Studies show: At the end of 12 weeks of CHANTIX, 44% of patients were able to quit smoking versus 18% on the sugar pill. It also helped reduce the urge to smoke. Look Kidz, sometimes you have to take poison to get rid of poison... When it comes down to experience, I have tried to quit for years. I had resigned myself to the fact that I will always be addicted to Tobacco...Then I Tried Chantix. I was able to stop smoking and in LESS then 12 weeks, I was able to stop the Chantix treatment. Yes, It is HUGE-ly expensive... .But then...You get what you pay for... Chef steps down from the soapbox....
