Guest guest Posted April 23, 2009 Report Share Posted April 23, 2009 VEGGIE SLOPPY JOES 1 bag frozen tofu crumbles (slightly thawed) 1 tbsp. olive oil or pam spray 1 cup barbeque sauce 1 envelope knorr's spring veg. soup mix (optional) 1 chopped green pepper 1 chopped red pepper 1/4 cup dehydrated minced onion 1 tsp. garlic powder In skillet, saute chopped green and red peppers in oil on med. heat, until soft. Stir in tofu crumbles, minced onion, garlic powder and dry soup, mixing well.Cover and reduce heat to low. Stir in barbeque sauce. Continue to cook until thoroughly heated.
