Guest guest Posted January 28, 2009 Report Share Posted January 28, 2009 Banana Crunch Ice Cream 3 very ripe bananas 2 Tb raw pumpkin seeds or pistachios 1 Tb flax seed oil Unpeel bananas, slice into chunks and freeze for 24 hours. Once frozen, place bananas in blender with pumpkin seeds or pistachios and flax seed oil. Blend until bananas are well-blended and nuts are in small bits. Pour into bowl and serve.
