Guest guest
This recipe was posted a few days ago and we just tried it today. We drizzled it over the top of our chili because we were out of our veggie " cheese " shreds. It was SO YUMMY! and Super Simple to make! We are already thinking of all the possibilities for this. Just wanted to pass it on again with a review. Add water whisk constantly over medium heat until mixture is thick and bubbly. Remove from heat and add the margarine. Stir until melted. Stir in Tomatoes. Return to low heat and cook just long enough for the tomatoes to heat. we used Whole Wheat pastry flour and a mixture of Salsa and some canned chopped tomatoes. Instead of having with chips we made bean burritos and used this as the cheese in the burrito. **************Inauguration '09: Get complete coverage from the nation's capital.(http://www.aol.com?ncid=emlcntaolcom00000027<http://www.aol.com/?ncid=e\ mlcntaolcom00000027> )
