I used to make meat loaf in a jar of spaghetti sauce in the big crock pot for the kids (7 kids at that time) and a vegetarian version made with TVP for the husband and me to eat, cooked in the crockette. Bet you could toss some frozen veggie burgers and some marinara sauce in the mini pot and have it ready for dinner when you get home from work. Yum.
