Out here I see bottles of wine in the 99 Cent Store. The closest one to me is in St. Louis, which is 5 hours away -- and who wants to go to St. Louis anyway?? Oops -- no offense to members in St. Louis!! I don't think they could put one in Kansas because of the weird alcohol laws we have here (can't sell liquor or wine outside of a liquor store, restrictions on what exactly can be sold in a liquor store, etc), but they could easily put one on the Missouri side of the city and have TONS of business.
