My sister and I ate there over Memorial Day weekend when I went to see her (she lives in Denver), and my dad and his wife went there a few weeks ago and enjoyed it very much, too. About 1/3-1/2 of the items on the menu are vegetarian, and if I remember right, they also list vegan options. Manitou Springs is a cool little town, too!
