Guest guest
I stopped to the Turkish deli down the street on my way home from work to get falafel, and I noticed he had two kinds of feta cheese, French and Bulgarian. I asked him what the difference was, and he said the French was less salty and creamier. I think feta should be salty and crumbly, and he said that's what the Bulgarian was like, and it's his favorite. He said he also carries Greek feta and Turkish feta. Anybody a feta connoisseur? Guest guest
I love Feta on almost everything. My little grandson who is 18 months is also a big Feta fan. I like all of them. Bulgarian the best. Greek is very good on salads though and doesn't overwhelm the flavours.
