It¢s very fresh! Here's how to make it vinegar - 1 cup water - 1 tablespoon oil Spice Paste : - 5 Candlenuts - 1 teaspoon turmeric powder - 5 shallots - 2 cloves of garlic Directions Heat 1 tablespoon of oil, fry the spice paste. Add sugar, salt and vinegar. Put the carrot, cucumber and chillies inside, add 1 cup of water. Mix together and cook until vegetables tender. But don't overcook!
