Sue Vegetarian walnut meatball recipe

Sue,

They make good appetizers at a party. Serve with toothpicks. It is also good

over basmati rice.

 

Use them to make a Italian veggie meatball sub. Simmer in some marinara sauce

and spoon onto whole wheat sub rolls and sprinkle with mozzerella cheese and

cover with top half of whole wheat sub roll.

OK, the only thing I can see for meatballs is in spaghetti, and I only

use veggies. So, do you think this could work as a loaf?

Well, if I ever go to a party, I will serve them. LOL

But, the meatball sub sounds pretty good.
