Guest guest Posted August 13, 2009 Report Share Posted August 13, 2009 If I use drieds herbs in place of fresh in a recipe will the dried herbs be stronger, do I cut the amount down. For example, if a recipe calls for tablespoon of minced fresh basil, what do I measure out for dried basil? You are all so great, I read the posts daily.
