Cassandra for spinach smoothies, just add some frozen fruit of your choice, some spinach, crushed ice and a little grape, apple or orange juice. Some good frozen fruits are strawberries, blue berries, black berries, raspberries, peaches, mellons, bananas, cherries, etc. So good and very healthy.
