Maybe it got put in as cheese pinwheels. I'll check.

Yes that's it.

Craisin/Cheese Pinwheels

1 pkg Craisins or bulk dried cranberries - 170 gm/6 oz.

1 8oz tub of spreadable cream cheese

1 cup of crumbled feta cheese

1/4 cup of chopped green onions

4 large spinach, whole-wheat or plain flour tortillas

Combine filling ingredients and mix well.

Divide equally and spread mixture evenly over the tortillas.

Roll up tightly and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before

slicing into thin or thick slices.

Thank you. Seems easy and make ahead. Think that I'll look for the spinach

tortillias. Perfect for Christmas appetizers.
