Guest guest Posted March 14, 2009 Report Share Posted March 14, 2009 I love their Black Japonica rice, which is a combo of black and mahogany rice - when it's cooked it's a beautiful dark cranberry color! I haven't made it in a while, but I think I will for dinner tonight! Here's their web site (just found it) and some recipes.
