Grown-ups and children love it. *Green* Under the Sea Shell Pasta Salad Note: All veggies are fresh or frozen,cooked and cooled 4 cups Shell Macs -Mixed- both large and small size(cooked and cooled) 1 cup french cut green beans 1 cup peas 1/2 cup frozen (green) *Baby* Lima Beans 1/2 cup chopped celery 1/2 cup chopped Green Bell Pepper 1/2 cup chopped green onion. 2 Tablespoons chopped sweet/ dill pickles *White Pepper and salt to taste Garnish with chopped chives Dressing 4 Tablespoons Veganaise (Mayo, etc.) 1 teaspoon Dill weed (crushed) Add to Veganise several hours before dressing Pasta Salad. * White pepper is best for this recipe instead of black which leaves *specks* in the salad. Any other color but green and white distracts from the overall look.
