Guest guest Posted July 6, 2009 Report Share Posted July 6, 2009 I have only been a " near " vegan for the last 2.5 weeks. Before that I was a serious meet eater. Here are some interesting observations. I am curious as to your thoughts, such as, is my experience normal. since going almost vegan (minimum of cheese and almost no eggs) I have not been hungery between meals. My meals are now small. I now eat because of the clock not my stomach. I used to be a compulsive over eater with a variety of food cravings. I no longer crave anything.
