I have about a 5 gallon bucket full of fresh, beautiful carrot tops. I am

dehydrating some to powder and add to my beet green powder. Is there any other

use for them? I think I read somewhere that carrot tops are high in something

(Oxalic acid??) so they can't be eaten in large quantities.

I'm not picky and I eat every green around but carrot tops taste so bitter, just

terrible.  I have tosses a few into the soup pot but that's about the onbly way

I can tolerate them.

Maybe good homegrown fresh ones taste better.

I've been smiling lately, dreaming about the world as one. And I believe it

could be someday, it's going to come.

All of our dogs not only love carrots but will pretty much eat all

kinds of vegetables including bell peppers and broccoli!!

The image of a dog sitting on a smashed snowman, munching

on the carrot nose is great!!

This made me laugh so hard! I can just imagine the scene....LOL. I had not

heard of other dogs liking carrots so much, glad to know my dogs are not weirdos

(well, they are but for other reasons...)
