Avocado Lime Cream Dip

In addition to its great taste, the lime juice in this dip keeps the avocado

from browning.

Ingredients

1 Ripe Avocado

1 Tbs. Lime Juice, freshly squeezed

1/2 tsp. Tabasco Sauce

1 clove Garlic

Directions

Peel and dice avocado. Combine all ingredients in a

food processor

and puree until smooth. Cover and chill until serving. Serve on corn chips

or crackers.
