Guest guest Posted August 14, 2009 Report Share Posted August 14, 2009 Cheddar and Apple Melt 4 slices whole wheat bread 2 apple, peeled and thinly sliced 4 ounces of cheddar cheese, grated pepper to taste Lightly toast the bread. Place the slices on a cookie sheet, and cover each slice with half of the apple slices. Top with grated cheese and pepper if desired, dividing the cheese between the 4 apple-covered slices of bread.
