I'm new to the group. My name is Annie. I've been vegan for a little over two

years. I'm a grandmother and the only vegetarian in my family. My granddaughter

had been refusing to even try tofu. She's five. I asked her why she wouldn't

even try it. She was pronouncing it " toe food " , btw. She informed me, " Grandma,

I'm not eating ANYTHING with toe in it! " After I explained that tofu was made

from beans she tried it and liked it.
