Guest guest
Hi Irene, I now have my natural non-fat LOM (lentil-oat milk) yogurt everyday as my comfort food! Also kombucha tea I like very much. Yes, usually the commercial soy yogurt has the typical same yogurt bacteria, but the cultures taste different in soy and to mask that they sometimes add in alot of sugar. OK, I'll have some pickles and sauerkraut both, and some kimchee, please! Take care. , irene wrote: > > What sort of probiotics can a vegan take to regain beneficial > intestinal flora and fauna after taking an antibiotic? > Does soy yogurt have the same lactobaccili as cows' milk-based yogurt? > What about naturally fermented and non-pasteurized foods such as > pickles and sauerkraut? > > Thanks for suggestions. > > ~ irene >
