Hi everyone,

 

My name is Victoria - I'm a vegetarian and like interesting recipes (as long as

they're simple). Here's one:

 

Cauliflower with bread crumbs

 

Ingredients:

2 cauliflowers

1 broccoli

1/2 box (200 g) bread crumbs (although you can never overdo it with bread

crumbs)

cooking oil

 

Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into large chunks. Put some oil in a pot, and

cook the cauliflower and broccoli until tender, stirring occasionally.

Meanwhile, put the bread crumbs on a pan and add enough oil to make the mixture

moist. Fry the bread crumbs until they become slightly brown, stirring

frequently (they burn easily, so make sure to keep stirring even after the pan

is off the heat, until it cools down and stops sizzling). When both are done,

mix and serve!
