Sandwiches....lol, my favorite subject!!

The possibilities are endless.......................I have many, but here are

just a few of them,

1.a toasty yummy bread with avocado slices, halved cherry tomatoes, slices of

crispy lettuce, sprinkle of salt & pepper.

2. toasty yummy bread with a spread of nayonase with a good slice of marinated

(teriyaki)tofu, slice of beefy tomatoe, sunflower seeds sprinkled, crispy

lettuce.

3. toasty yummy bread with mustard, slice of grilled portabello mushroom,

pickles, tomatoes, onion slices, crispy lettuce.

4. Toasty yummy bread with a mixture of peanut butter & maple syrup with fritoes

layered on top.   This with a glass of soy milk.  lol  (this brings out the kid

in me....lol)

If you notice I love a toasty crunchy bread. As for what kind of bread, I like

to use all kinds, I love bread!!!  I enjoy trying different kinds of breads from

whole foods.

Yummo  (as rachael would say)  lol

Mmmm... I love fritos with a peanut butter sandwich, but never thought to

put them ON the sandwich!! Not sure about the maple syrup, though.

I'm always so overwhelmed by the bread choices at Whole Foods that I don't

know what to get! Is their sourdough good?

yes, I find that people either love or hate my peanut/maple syrup idea.  If you

can't wrap your head around that, you might try peanut butter, grape jelly with

the fritoes.

I also like to try different nut butters for a nice change.

Another guilty pleasure for me is................NUTELLA!   also a friend turned

me on to an ethnic delicacy called Cajeta! omg!!  These are worth trying at

least once.....but the down side is that you could get hooked and have a hard

time backing away from them....LOL

(I speak from experience)

Maple syrup is great with peanut butter - I have that on my waffle

sometimes. For a sandwich I like to mix peanut butter and honey and

then sprinkle some cayenne pepper on. I bet fritos wold be good in

the sandwich.

Peace,
