Guest guest
Merry Christmas Eve and Happy Holidays to you all. I invited my grandson and his wife for breakfast this morning. They are visiting from out of state. (college students) We started with Cafe Mocha while I prepared organic potatoes cubed and fried to a golden brown in a little olive oil. Then we had Ruby Red Grapefruit. I scrambled eggs and baked faux sausage patties and we filled our spinach wraps with this delicious mixture. Some of us added salsa, and grated cheddar and Monteray Jack cheese. After breakfast we settled down with cups of hot Green Tea and a great chat catching up on each of our lifestyles. Oh yes and a sprig of fresh Parsley. They were surprised at how sweet the organically grown Parsley tasted. It was the first time some of them had a Mocha with chocolate soy milk and everyone loved it. They had teased me for days asking if breakfast would consist of Tofu. Everyone said " is this really a Vegetarian meal? " ..(smile) Life is just way too much fun sometimes. Sending smiles and hugs your way Deanna in Colorado
