Guest guest
I use the supposedly vegan versions from Barry Farm of both chicken and beef, bouillon powder to make soups and to sub meat patties, really good for seitan too a little goes a long way with these, and you can mix it with spices to get whatever flavor you want. take equal amounts of well-drained rice (or quinoa even), frozen then thawed and chopped tofu, okara and a little corn starch, and some of the chicken powder...mix everything together in the food processor then form into patties on a wax-paper lined sheet pan, and freeze them, then you can seal them up in a container of your choice... when you're readdy to cook it, dunk the patty in some egg replacer then bread crumbs and bake it at 400 for about 17 minutes, burger bun, lettuce, tomato and some chickpea mayo, yummy http://www.barryfarm.com/cooking_supplies.htm
